Winyu House

In consultation with mySmart a building automation integration specification was developed with the key objective to optimise lighting efficiencies via the use of sensors and building control systems. Our solution for this project was based on KNX open protocol.

Winyu House sets a new benchmark in office accommodation. Winyu provides an exemplary ergonomic working environment that enhances productivity and efficiency.

In consultation with mySmart a building automation integration specification was developed with the key objective to optimise lighting efficiencies via the use of sensors and building control systems. This resulted in the adoption of the KNX open protocol, a standard which guarantees products are interoperable, irrespective of the manufacturer and product type. KNX products can be sourced from a wide range of manufactures resulting in cost effective measures which are not proprietary, seamlessly connect together on the same network and without the need for special application programmes or drivers.
