Home to Screen Australia, 45 Jones Street is a landmark building in the inner-western Sydney suburb of Ultimo. It has a 4.5 star NABERS energy rating and the fit-out designed by Hassell is light, bright and takes advantage of the high cathedral-like roof space. Energy efficient LED lighting is used throughout the office with further efficiencies gained from mySmart Sensors presence detectors.
