Completed in 2018, Target’s head office at Williams Landing, VIC stands as a benchmark in sustainable commercial workplace design, achieving a 4.5 NABERS rating underpinned by mySmart’s sensor network throughout the building. mySmart delivered the intelligent sensor solution in collaboration with electrical contractor Vast Electrical Services, supporting Cedar Woods’ development vision and Hacer’s construction program. The result is an energy-efficient corporate headquarters that demonstrates how smart building technology drives measurable environmental performance outcomes.
