Developed by Grocon and designed by Colliere Architecture, Richmond Quarter stands as a landmark mixed-use development in East Fremantle, achieving a prestigious 5 Star Green Star rating upon its completion in 2022. mySmart delivered a comprehensive sensor solution throughout the precinct, working alongside electrical contractor Prime Electrical and builder Hacer to integrate intelligent building automation that underpins the project’s sustainability credentials.
