Situated in Richmond, Melbourne Square stands as a landmark mixed-use development that achieved a prestigious 5 Star Green Star rating, reflecting the high-performance sustainability outcomes mySmart helped deliver through its integrated sensor and KNX lighting control systems.
Completed in 2022, mySmart worked alongside developer OSK Property, builder Multiplex, and architect COX Architects to bring intelligent building automation to this signature project. Electrical contractor Maxim Electrical Services supported the installation, ensuring the mySmart solution was seamlessly integrated across the development.
