Project Details

Completed in 2024, the Sirius Apartments in Sydney, NSW represent a landmark in sustainable residential design, achieving a 6 Star Green Star rating and WELL Silver certification. mySmart delivered a fully integrated KNX building automation system for the JDH Capital development, working alongside electrical contractor Pro Electrical and acclaimed architect BVN.

The result is a high-performance residential environment where intelligent lighting and building control underpin both occupant wellbeing and world-class sustainability outcomes.
