Developed by Lendlease and constructed by Qanstruct, Melbourne Quarter Tower & M1 stands as one of Melbourne’s most sustainably ambitious mixed-purpose developments, achieving a 6 Star Green Star rating and a 5 Star NABERS rating upon its 2024 completion. mySmart delivered a comprehensive KNX building automation and lighting control system across the precinct, working alongside electrical contractor Prime Electrical to integrate intelligent, energy-efficient control throughout the building. These impressive sustainability credentials reflect the seamless collaboration between all project partners and the performance-driven capabilities of the KNX platform deployed by mySmart.
