Completed in 2025, 33 Alfred Street stands as one of Sydney’s most sustainably ambitious commercial office projects, achieving a rare trifecta of top-tier certifications: 6 Star Green Star, 6 Star NABERS, and WELL Platinum. mySmart delivered a KNX-based building automation and lighting control system to support these outstanding environmental and occupant wellbeing outcomes, working alongside architect Johnson Pilton Walker, builder Built Australia, and electrical contractor Heyday5.
