Project Details
Completed in 2019, 240 St Georges Terrace stands as one of Perth’s premier commercial office addresses, where mySmart delivered a sophisticated KNX building automation and lighting control system across the tower. The project was completed in collaboration with electrical consultant Everett Smith & Co Pty Ltd, with works carried out by various electrical contractors. The building has since achieved a 5-Star NABERS rating, reflecting the contribution of intelligent, energy-efficient building systems to its overall sustainability performance.
