Developed by Poly Australia and designed by the award-winning Woods Bagot, 1000 La Trobe Street stands as one of Melbourne’s most sustainable commercial addresses, achieving an impressive 6 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS rating. Completed in 2019, mySmart delivered a fully integrated KNX building automation and lighting control system across the development, working alongside electrical contractor Prime Electrical and electrical consultant Fredon, with construction managed by Probuild.
