Project Details
Completed in 2024, the Synergy commercial office fitout in Perth stands out as a benchmark sustainability project, achieving both a 5-Star Green Star rating and a 5-Star NABERS rating. mySmart delivered a Dynalite lighting control system for the fitout, working alongside electrical contractor Cable8, architect IA Group, and builder Shape to produce a high-performance workplace environment that meets the most rigorous green building standards in Australia.
