Stocklands Green Hills Courtyard

Project Details

Completed in 2018, the Stockland Green Hills Shopping Centre Courtyard in East Maitland, New South Wales, stands as a benchmark in sustainable retail design, achieving a 4 Star Green Star Retail Centre Design rating and a 4.5 Star NABERS rating.

mySmart delivered a Dynalite lighting control system throughout the courtyard, working alongside electrical consultant Electrolight and electrical contractor HeyDay5 to create a dynamic, energy-efficient environment befitting one of the Hunter Region’s premier retail destinations. The project was developed by Stockland, designed by The Buchan Group, and constructed by Multiplex.
