Completed in 2018, Prime House in Joondalup stands as a benchmark for sustainable commercial office design, achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating that reflects its commitment to environmental performance. mySmart delivered a fully integrated Dynalite lighting control system, working alongside electrical contractor TES Electrical, architect Meyer Shircore & Associates, and builder Georgiou Group to bring the project to life. The result is a high-performance workplace that combines intelligent automation with award-level sustainability credentials.
