Project Details
Completed in 2022, One Subiaco stands as a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Subiaco, where mySmart delivered a fully integrated Dynalite lighting control system across the building’s diverse residential and commercial spaces. The project was completed in close collaboration with electrical contractor Fredon, under the design direction of Hames Sharley and construction by Multiplex. One Subiaco’s achievement of a 5 Star Green Star rating reflects the high-performance, energy-efficient approach that mySmart’s Dynalite solution was instrumental in supporting.
