Completed in 2021, the Maitland Hospital stands as one of regional New South Wales’ most significant healthcare infrastructure projects, achieving a 4 Star Green Star rating through its commitment to sustainable design.
mySmart delivered a comprehensive KNX building automation system throughout the health facility, enabling precise control of lighting and building services to meet the demanding operational requirements of a modern hospital environment. The project was delivered in partnership with electrical contractor Lend Lease Electrical, with Multiplex as builder and BVN as the project architect.
