Project Details
Completed in 2021, Greenland Centre stands as one of Sydney’s most ambitious residential towers, where mySmart delivered a comprehensive Dynalite lighting control system across the development for developer Greenland.
Working alongside electrical contractor HeyDay5, and with the project shaped by the acclaimed architectural partnership of BVN and Woods Bagot and built by Pro Build, mySmart’s scope contributed to a build of genuine design and technical distinction. The project achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating, reflecting the integrated approach to sustainability and intelligent building systems that mySmart’s Dynalite solution helped support.
