Completed in 2025, Kaalak – also known as Common Ground East Perth – is a landmark sustainable residential development in East Perth, Western Australia, achieving a prestigious 5 Star Green Star rating. mySmart delivered a Dynalite lighting control system throughout the building, working alongside electrical contractor TES Electrical, architect Josh Byrne & Associates, and builder ADCO. The project reflects mySmart’s commitment to delivering intelligent, energy-efficient automation solutions that support both occupant wellbeing and high-performance sustainability outcomes.
