Completed in 2014, Twenty8 Freshwater Place in Southbank stands as one of Melbourne’s landmark sustainable residential towers, achieving an exceptional 6 Star Green Star rating and 5.5 Star NABERS rating. mySmart delivered a comprehensive C-Bus lighting control system throughout the development, working alongside electrical consultant AWH Consulting Engineers, electrical contractor Nielsen Contracting, and architect Cox Richardson. The project’s outstanding sustainability credentials reflect the seamless integration of mySmart’s C-Bus solution with the building’s broader environmental performance strategy.
