Completed in 2019, The Eastbourne stands as a landmark residential development in East Melbourne, achieving a prestigious 5 Star Green Star rating that reflects the sustainability ambitions of developer Mirvac and architect Bates Smart.
mySmart delivered a comprehensive C-Bus lighting control system throughout the building, working alongside electrical contractor Prime Electrical to create an intelligent, energy-efficient environment befitting one of Melbourne’s most prestigious addresses.
