Project Details
Completed in 2025, the Parkdale Station Precinct is a landmark mixed-use development in Parkdale that achieved a prestigious 5 Star Green Star rating, underscoring its commitment to sustainable design. mySmart delivered a C-Bus lighting control system throughout the precinct, working alongside electrical contractor Q4 Electrical & Communications and electrical consultant WSP to integrate intelligent building automation across the development’s diverse spaces.
