Collins Square – Tower 5
Project Details
Completed in 2018, Tower 5 of Melbourne’s Collins Square precinct stands as one of Australia’s most sustainable commercial office buildings, achieving a prestigious 6 Star Green Star rating and a 5.5 Star NABERS rating.
mySmart delivered a comprehensive C-Bus lighting control system throughout the tower, working alongside electrical contractor Fredon and electrical consultant ION Electrical.
The project was developed in collaboration with architect Woods Bagot and builder Multiplex, cementing Collins Square Tower 5 as a benchmark for intelligent, energy-efficient commercial fitouts in the Melbourne CBD.
