Project Details
Completed in 2020, the W Hotel Melbourne stands as one of the city’s most prestigious hospitality projects, with mySmart delivering a sophisticated Schneider Hospitality and KNX building automation and lighting control system throughout the landmark development.
Developed by C-Bus Properties and designed by the collaborative vision of Woods Bagot and Hachem, the project achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating – a testament to the integrated, energy-efficient systems at its core.
mySmart worked alongside electrical contractor Fredon and electrical consultant WSP, with Multiplex as builder, to deliver a seamless guest experience underpinned by intelligent building technology.
