Delivered by mySmart in 2025, The Olympia marks the arrival of the internationally acclaimed 25hours Hotel brand in Paddington, NSW – a landmark hospitality project where guest experience and sustainability meet through an integrated Guest Room Management System (GRMS). Designed by the collaborative architectural trio of Tonkin Zulaikha Greer, Woods Bagot, and Indyk Architects, and constructed by Richard Crookes with electrical works by Pro Electrical, the project reflects an exceptional level of design and delivery ambition. The development achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating, with mySmart’s GRMS playing a key role in optimising energy performance across the hotel’s guest rooms.
