Project Details
Completed in 2025, 1 Hotel Melbourne stands as a landmark sustainable hospitality project, achieving both a 6 Star Green Star rating and WELL Gold certification – a testament to the building’s commitment to occupant wellbeing and environmental performance. mySmart delivered a Honeywell INNCOM guest room management system throughout the hotel, providing seamless in-room automation and energy efficiency at scale. The project was delivered in collaboration with electrical contractor Prime Electrical, with the building designed by Fender Katsalidis and constructed by Icon Construction.
