Scheduled for completion in 2027, the Garema Place Hotel represents a landmark hospitality project in Canberra, ACT, targeting an impressive 5 Star Green Star rating. mySmart is delivering a fully integrated KNX lighting control and building automation system to support the hotel’s sustainability ambitions and guest experience. The project is being delivered in partnership with GrayLight Consulting as electrical consultant and TP Dynamics as both electrical contractor and builder.
