100 Mount Street

A Dexus project, the award-winning building was designed to holistically approach tenant wellness for both retail and commercial tenants. Providing five star services including health and wellbeing features, hotel style concierge facilities, childcare spaces, car sharing parking and state of the art facilities, 100 Mount Street by Dexus wanted a lighting control solution to help achieve a 5 star NABERS energy rating.

mySmart was tasked with designing and installing an adaptable base build lighting control system for 35 levels of incoming tenancies, along with all amenities, lobbies and external areas, and 6 levels of basement.

mySmart’s base lighting control system consisted of 42 x KNX Ethernet Routers, 42 x KNX Power Supplies, 70 x KNX DALI Gateways, 35 x KNX 3.5” Touchscreens, 730 x KNX Motion Sensors, 50 x KNX Control Panels and 1 x KNX Head End Server.

Since completion, 100 Mount Street has won two award, including 2019 – Asia Pacific Property Awards for Best Commercial High-rise Development Australia and Architectural Design/Tall Buildings 2019 Architecture MasterPrize (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, awards in Los Angeles).
