We became an INNCOM distributor in 2008, and the platform has grown to include Schneider Hospitality, AuVerte, Eelectron, Trustech and - as of July 2026 - Interel, making mySmart the largest integrator in the country with the widest guest room management portfolio available. Six different products, one job: make the room comfortable when someone's in it, and efficient the moment they're not.

An INNCOM distributor
Our first major INNCOM project, the Crowne Plaza Melbourne, installs an e4 528 Smart Digital
Thermostat in every room alongside InnControl client-server software linking guest room systems
to the property management system. Model room testing showed savings in the order of 30%.
